We're looking for an enthusiastic Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Brno, Czech republic. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in the Netherlands and abroad. You'll assist them in resolving technical issues with our products and services.
What will you do?
• Answer technical questions via phone, email, and chat (Dutch & English)
• Troubleshoot problems with our products and services
• Guide customers through our documentation and knowledge base
• Escalate complex issues to the development team
• Ensure the accuracy of technical information
What do you bring to the table?
• A technical degree or demonstrably strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Customer focus and a service-oriented mentality
• Excellent computer skills

• Wage 40 000 - 42 000 CZK
