Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of effective cooperation between departments, assuring all the needed equipment, supplies and water are always available for company employees;
• Coordination of incoming mails, calls, deliveries;
• Keeping track on documents flow, creating & updating spreadsheets with due date information, sorting and distributing incoming mails;
• Keep the office stocked with supplies;
• Assistance in organisation of corporate events & conferences;
• Coordination of meetings, the conference rooms schedule & booking.
What is important for us:
• Experience at administrative/ support role for 6 + month;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to learn fast and be a reliable team -player;
• Knowledge of MS Office (other programs will be a plus);
• Strong knowledge of English, Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian – intermediate level.
