As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Provide assistance with project planning, invoicing, creating and project maintenance
- Regularly update the appropriate communication channels
- Schedule various meetings and coordinate calendars
- Plan and schedule meetings and internal conferences
- Actively participate in meetings by taking meeting minutes, actions, and next steps in meetings
- Keep task and action trackers up-to-date
- Provide general administrative support (expenses, etc.)
- Office management activities (office supplies, preparation for business visits, communication with facility/building manager etc.)
Start date: ASAP
Contract: till 31.12.2020 with possible extension
