Let me show you how:

You will enhance and streamline IT processes regardless if based on ITIL, Agile or other methodologies. Being responsible for IT governance framework and its maintenance, performance measurements and reporting, you will play a key role in all IT process initiative and projects. Further on, you will balance between waterfall and agile methodologies and will make sure they play together.

· You will become the owner of the IT Governance Model.
· Ensure all IT policy and procedures are documented and updated according to regulatory standards, deadlines are met, approvals obtained, guidelines followed, repository usage understood, and repository / system of record up-to-date as defined.
· Coordinate with IRM, CAS, Information Technology and Business Units to facilitate information technology governance, risk and compliance.
· You will furthermore act as a Subject matter expert in the area of ITIL.
· Last but not least, you will lead workshops and increase awareness and understanding of IT Governance.
