Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti
We are looking for an administrative clerk with financial and accounting background, who will be responsible for:
• create, maintain (modify, block, convert, delete, extend) and administer data for following processes: Contract Administration, Master Data, Billing, Back Reporting in SAP within the agreed Service Level Target
• Executes quality checks at various stages of the process and keeps the quality statistics up to date
• Support process improvements and harmonization activities
• Participation in team meetings, process analysis and improvement actions.
• Takes responsibility on complex processing activities
• Log issues and discuss with or escalate zo team leader
• Cooperate with team members
• Contact our partners in Germany - front officer for information or additional documentation when required
• Perform other tasks as allocated by team leaders, managers relating to reporting and other SSC processes
