Your daily responsibilities:
Solving customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with Rules of Conduct, Business Policies and defined procedures
Investigating and escalating potential rules violations according to the Dispute Resolution Process including arbitration and mediation with customers
Regularly proactively monitoring the Internet regarding customers’ activities (e.g. Web pages, auction platforms, social community platforms, etc.)
Receive, review, amend and approve: Business Support Material, advertising and business stationery, product awareness events in the public domain
Maintain appropriate records in relation to all tasks. Compile regular and special reports according to the procedures
Provide relevant information customers by using the various communications channels and educate customers on application of Business Policies
Proof-reading of Business Conduct materials for Czech and Slovak market
