As a Customer Service Representative, together with your colleagues, you will provide warm, friendly and personal customer service to customers by e-mail, chat or phone in Czech language.
Placing orders from customers on the online shopping website.
Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping.
Support the customers before, during and after purchase.
Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction.

Remuneration 1070 € gross per month our 1010€ gross with our accommodation,
40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00h to 22:00h.

Permanent employment contract after 3 years.

-Training for new computer software programs.

-Customer management training for telephone, e-mail and chat contact.
-On-the-job training and independ entimplementation of training content.
