To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Service Technician
Slovak Republic (South)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client-site servicing, repair and installation of company products;
• Technical activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites (automotive industry);
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution;
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues;
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer’s service needs;
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or direct manager;
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues;
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for direct manager.
• Pre-sales and post-sales technical customer support (implementation, trainings, demos);
• Maintenance support;
• Customized applications engineering, programming.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) Metrology, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven working experience in the service / enterprise technical support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in Slovak & Hungarian
• Fluent English
