Job Summary
The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems, including online and retail betting platforms, ensuring smooth operations, and leading the technical team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in IT and a passion for technology in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the technical technical department, status of the betting and gaming terminal.
Supervising warehouse with spare parts
Lead the IT team in providing technical support to retail locations and online operations
Ensure security, compliance, and data protection measures are effectively implemented.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to maintain high system performance
Develop and implement technology strategies to improve efficiency and user experience.
Monitor system performance and provide reports to management.
Train staff on new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
English - advanced
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (not neccessary)
Experience with online and retail betting platforms is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to commit to work abroad.
Past experience with working in an English speaking country is an advantage.
