Do you want to ride the rails of success and keep our project on the fast track? We’re on the lookout for a fearless Ruby on Rails Developer who loves a good challenge. ​What You’ll Be Up To:​

• You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our backend code is as efficient as a well-oiled train engine, solving issues and fine-tuning features.​

• Work closely with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to build awesome features.​

• You’ll throw in your two cents and help brainstorm how to make everything better.​

• You’ll be writing new features and improving existing ones, making sure everything is scalable, maintainable, and clean.​

• Something broken? No worries—you’ll jump in, find the bugs, and crush them before they derail the project.​

• Learning on the go – You’ve got solid skills, but we’ll give you the space to keep learning and growing. Whether it’s picking up new Rails tricks or sharpening your problem-solving techniques, this is the place to level up!

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti

• 5+ years of experience in software development (and maybe a few battle scars from previous projects).

• A solid understanding of Ruby on Rails—it’s your jam, and you know it inside and out.

• A problem-solving superpower that helps you crack the toughest coding puzzles.

• An eye for detail, a love for clean code, and a commitment to making things run like clockwork.

• The ability to work well with others in a global team—because teamwork makes the dream work.

The best candidates will also have:

• Experience with data stores such as Redis, ElastiCache or MySQL.

• Previous experience with relational and non-relational databases.

• Software deployment using CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps and others).

• Experience with tools like Bundler and Rake.

• Previous experience deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Experience building Restful APIs.

• Experience testing with RSpec, minitest or Cucumber.

• Ability to effectively adapt to changing project conditions.
