PeopleConsulting is looking for the Business Development Manager - Factory Automation Our client is the innovation leader for automation and digitalization. For the Prague Global Business Development Hub we are looking for the Business Development Manager who will be responsible for production machines builder accounts In this role you will: evaluate business potential, develop, and execute action plans to develop global markets in close collaboration with the regional sales colleagues drive customer analyses, new trends and business opportunities assessments develop solutions for machines in the textile/plasctics industry, based on the existing portfolio, help identifying portfolio gaps and new technologies working together with internal product and system management act as the leader of interdisciplinary teams from regional sales, application engineering, product management, controlling and marketing be responsible for marketing activities (presentations, videos, preparation and participations in fairs and internal events) in collaboration with internal marketing departments be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and reporting activities for your assigned accounts prepare and present executive summaries as an input for top management decisions work cca. 75% of your time in the corporate environment, cca. 25% travelling worldwide

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti
You are the right one if you: have completed a master's or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or similar have an excellent understanding of industrial automation, ideally in the field of textile/plastics production machines, with solid experience in Business Development or similar roles want to take initiative, to push things forward and take ownership are able to quickly buildup networks and work effectively across businesses and functions in a global and multicultural setup communicate fluently in English (at least, this is a must)
