I´m currently hiring a capable English-speaking Executive Assistant for a company seated in Žebrák.
You will be responsible for highly complex administrative and marketing tasks, often of confidential nature.
You need to be an assertive and effective decision-maker with excellent organizational skills and a self-driven personality to handle the following assignments:
- Coordinate, plan, and organize meetings and travel arrangements which may include coordinating calendars, hotel rooms, and car rentals
- Organize various events for employees like Christmas parties etc.
- Use advanced computer skills to compose and prepare highly complex reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, graphs, tables, charts, and spreadsheets. Includes researching information and materials from various sources
- Authorize department expense and cost control for office supplies, purchase requisitions, check requests, and department purchases
- Exercise independent judgment in initiating, planning, and implementing a variety of large projects.
