Processing all invoices to record all liabilities.
Payment processing to ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
Bank statements booking to record all payments accurately.
GL accounts reconciliation to ensure correct accounting.
Conducting regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date.
Providing improvements to current processes to make it more efficient.
Supporting AP Team Leader and Supervisor to be able to act as deputy in her/his absence.

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti
We are looking for a new colleague to our international shared service center in Prague to join our finance team. AP Accountant is exposed to accounts payable functions and accomplish a high level of compilation and analysis work, reviewing clerical input and generating reports. The accountant identifies relevant data and data sources, gathers and analyzes the information, and provides feedback to AP Supervisor.

Positive and proactive person interested in learning new things and contributing to success of whole team.
Somebody with knowledge of accounting gained via min. 1 year experience in finance related area.
You communicate in English it is must, another languages Czech, Italian, Dutch etc.advantage
You will need to be accurate and have strong communication skills.
PC skills (especially Excel)
Bc. degree minimum
