You will be based in our Prague office as part of Prague finance team performing daily activities in relation with Finance & Accounting agenda.
Responsibilities include implementing new procedures and streamlining existing procedures as necessary, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
You will be part of the well-established top international firm and at the same time experience challenging start-up working environment with excellent learning opportunities in a team of young and talented people, participation in trainings (Time management, Structured Communication, MBTI, Feedback giving/receiving etc.) and daily use of English language. To get you started great onboarding process and support by colleagues from other Central Europe offices is in place during first weeks in the firm. You will resolve escalation issues, review reconciliation of data between internal systems.
In this role, you will also process Account Payables and cost allocations, you will collect data for Payroll and archive documents, as well as reconcile balance sheet accounts. Additionally, you will run monthly closure operations and reporting, support internal and external audit, process cashflow management and payments. You will also communicate/coordinate with various global supporting teams, external accounting company, custom broker, document and bookkeep fixed assets transfers.
