–First point of contact for customer enquires - including complaints, claims, product returns, order status.
–Providing support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and taking orders.
–Preparing correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
–Providing information related to account balance and blocked order status
–Responsible for order creation, providing information about order status, product availability and complaint handling
