P@C tasks:
• Recruitment of Blue collar workers in cooperation with production manager – interviews + active hiring actions
• Preparation of all documents according to employment – working contracts, salary contracts, wage deductions, social benefits
• Administration of matrix of qualification – according to monthly bonuses for BC´s
• Coordination of monthly salary inputs according to payroll – contract/salary changes, new hires, leavers, sicknesses etc.
• Administration of trainings, medical check-ups – to keep the mandatory schedule
• Key contact person according to paramedical service and temporary staffing agencies
Office Assistant tasks:
• Administration of incoming and outcoming mails
• Administration of the fleet – including coordination of ordering new cars, recalcualtion of monthly costs etc.
• Administration of all keys in the company and also archive
• Adiministration of whole contracts in the company – external, internal – in paper and systém as well
• Support for visitors – hotel booking, fly tickets arrangements, coordination of lunch and refreshments
• Administration of office and kitchen supplies – ordering, distributing etc.
• Coordination of external cleaning company
• Ad Hoc tasks from management
