Cash register evidence, monthly report and re-invoicing preparation, cash register inventory.
Evidence of non-payers, communication with tenants regarding delayed payments, creation of payment reminders for tenants.
Tenant turnover evidence and summary, reporting, calculation of tenant turnover based on the contract.
Organisation of marketing events in accordance with the budget.
Evidence of leasing requests, transfer of contacts to the letting agent.
Communication with suppliers, preparation of orders and controlling fulfillment of conditions, managing the database of suppliers.
