Provides Leadership of Global Delivery Center in Zlin with 70 HCs.
Acts as crisis manager in derailed or volatile delivery situations.
Manages critical situations and solves business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless delivery and effective service to clients to stakeholders.
Develops and implements of short and mid-term tactics for future evolution of GDC together with stakeholders.
Participates in pre-sales as requested, demonstrating our off shore capabilities and contributing to bids by providing estimates as input for the overall project estimation.
Contributes to the establishment of the overall customer contract. Structures SLA's for GDC delivery and agrees upon with project management, taking into account project objectives/ deliverables, legal and contractual frameworks as well as GDC capacity and capability.
Defines a GDC delivery plan related to high risk and complex area and assures the definition of multiple work stream plans, in line with SLA's, in order to have a sound basis for measuring progress and appropriate levels of ' sign off'.
Manages project performance and risks against project plan and SLA's, including the change management process and initiates ' timely 'remedial' actions, SLA changes and escalations and ensures the formal handover of the solution.
Drives and controls the cost budget of the GDC delivery project including forecasting, ensures accurate and timely reporting of status and delta's to project/ program management and GDC head.
Takes appropriate actions to comply with the budget keeping in mind other key performance criteria.
Ensures stakeholder management across multiple area's and functional domains and work streams acting as the key escalation point on behalf of GDC delivery teams.
Ensures timely identification and resolution of conflicts aimed at mutual beneficial outcomes and sustainable relationships.
Ensures the execution of work reviews, quality audits and service level monitoring, providing insight and reports to relevant stakeholders of area.
Adheres to existing delivery processes and methods and provides suggestions contributing to continuous improvement of quality and efficiency of GDC processes.
Ensures management of all human resources assigned to the GDC Delivery project, in alignment with line management.
Agrees performance objectives, monitors and addresses (under) performance on a regular basis in a way the delivery teams are focused, engaged and performing accordingly.
Orchestrates the definition, planning and scheduling of the program and budget.
Defines and deploys complex strategical changes in whole GDC delivery including services, projects, organizational aspects and budgets, etc.
Ensures the consolidation and reporting of all relevant units and teams under his responsibility and escalation of delta’s to stakeholders and customers.
Establishes trustworthy relations with key stakeholders on strategic level.
