Main Responsibilities:
• Proactively support the project team to develop and implement the new Sales and Service team structure
• Effectively runs teams in various locations nearshore (Czech Republic) and temporarily onshore (on customer locations)
• After transition of processes, manages the operations in Order Management, Business Analytics, Customer Care and project support
• Serves as the primary liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and manufacturing staff on the effective delivery of customer service
• Overseas Sales reports, KPIs and ad hoc analyses, presentations for internal reporting and Operational team management
• Ensure efficient running and monitoring of the operations in the responsibility area as defined in service catalogue
• Overall planning/steering/accountability and responsibility for all Sales and Service operations in the SSC
• Develop and implement the strategy for responsibility area in
agreement with Centre Lead in order to support general business
strategy of the company effectively
Job Requirements:
• relevant work experience in similar position
• experience in a Leadership role
• Work experience in a Shared Service environment is an
advantage (Service mentality)
• Sense of commercial thinking, customer orientation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
