Job Purpose:
Key responsibility is to manage a team responsible for generation and management of leads to the sales network with the goal to acquire new clients and to increase the value of NN client. The second key responsibility is to manage the retention processes in order the prolong the stay of NN clients. Manages planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns.
What will you do?
* Sets up the lead generation and management process. Defines the plan of campaigns and other events to generate leads into the sales network. Secures the execution of lead campaigns.
* Sets up the retention processes. Defines the plan of activities and campaigns within retention area.
* Reports the results of campaigns, evaluates the evolution of results and other KPIs, adjusts the processes and campaign content to improve the results and other KPIs.
* Generates the ideas for product portfolio adjustments based on results of lead and retention campaigns.
* Realizes the sales campaigns for products aimed to sell directly (eg. Pension products).
* Close cooperation with other departments within the company.
* Maintenance of relationship with key online distributors as financial aggregators, external call-centres, lead-generation suppliers, etc."
* Defines requirements for marketing tools and plays an active role during their development (eg. Business owner).
* Takes responsibility for the team members development, goal setting, evaluation and motivation.
What do you need for this position?
* University degree education
* English level B2
* Working experience at similar role
* Experience with CRM processes, direct marketing
* Experience with campaign planning, execution and evaluation
* Experience with lead generation and management and retention processes
