Responsibilities
• Communication with customers via email, occasionally phone
• Delivering professional customer care
• Responding to inquiries regarding repair of customers’ products – repair lead times and prices, delivery times and quality related inquires
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Be happy to help and advice customers with a smile
