Following a recent acquisition and the current integration of 3 companies, a global leader in the travel industry is offering a new role for a Talent Acquisition Lead – EMEA.
They are offering a senior recruiter / talent acquisition professional an opportunity to come in and lead the development of an efficient recruitment process, developing the capability of the business in using their applicant tracking system (Brassring), as well as define and implement new tools and best practice that will be adopted globally within the organisation.
Whilst being responsible for the strategy of recruitment in your region, it’s a hands on role in which you’ll be personally responsible for hiring mid – senior level candidates across Finance, Sales & Marketing, MICE, Operations, IT and more, working on up to 15 positions at any one time.
All high volume hiring at a junior level is performed by HR representatives at a local level and whilst not managing them directly, you will be responsible for ensuring they are delivering results in line with the business needs.
