Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti
- You will have a day-to-day contact with dedicated key foreign customer representatives
- You will be the first point of contact for them (for the distribution topics) to discuss their needs, wishes, priority/ order amendment requests and claims
- You will take care of all their needs and requirements
- You will administer every aspect of the customer account (maintain client files, maintain and develop reports, process customer complaints, check sales invoices, issue credit/ debit notes)
- As you will be located directly on site, in our new distribution center, you will have a possibility to see and touch the product and to meet operation team directly
- It is not only office work, it is much more complex position in very close touch with the production, distribution - you will also go to the shop floor frequently
