Ref. č.: 20-28-257510. As a HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the following:
New hire documentation and checklists, create employee records
Supports hiring and leaving plan processes
Managing relationships with third party recruitment partners
Cooperate with payroll and benefit dept.
Issue onboarding documentation
Maintain and administer employment changes (promotions, salary raises, change in personal data, changes in employment and employee circumstances for pension and healthcare programs, etc.)
Maintain absence records and leave programs (sickness absence, vacations, maternity and paternity, and other leave)
Provide reports for managers and HR Business Partners
Training & development administration (coordination of courses, programs, participants, logistics)
