We are looking for keen and experienced candidates for the role of IT Specialist to work initially on client site in Munich, Germany (3 months initial training) and then from one of our locations in Prague or in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
• Provide 2nd line support and technical issue resolution via Ticket system, email, phone and on-site visits
• Assist the Global License team in the daily business process
• Work independently to resolve complex technical problems, including escalation to our product development and product management as necessary
• Work with an English-speaking, multicultural team, operating in different time zones
• Support integration into customer’s IT environment
• To be in charge of the Internal Server Cluster
• Reproduce customer’s service team’s problems in-house, gathering of all necessary data for
• tracking issues
• Plan and support of software integrations into customer’s or internal environment
• Write technical documents, such as design documents, integration manuals
• Ad hoc tasks regarding actual needs in team
