Poznámka: We require:
•Presentation skills, ability to communicate with suppliers/employees/clients
•Organizational skills, efficiency in carrying out a number of tasks at the same time
•Independent judgement with ability to solve problem
•Attention to detail and confidentiality specially within finance tasks
•Capability to learn new skills and work with other nationalities
Main duties:
• Reception - welcoming visitors, overtaking post, arranging office facility
• Handling office suppliers, evidence of cash in hand
• Booking venues, travel, entertainment, equipment for the conference
• Preparing and sending invitation for the conference, delegate packs
• Hosting and welcoming event attendees at the conference abroad
• Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the event
• Preparing proforma invoices
• Cooperating with finance and human resources department
