You will be responsible for the Procurement and the Accounts Payable activities within European frame. This is a crucial role within the company structure.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of approximately 60 employees - stuffing, recruitment, coaching, development, motivation, succession planning - overall management of workforce.
Distributing the assignments to the stuff members ensuring efficient service delivery and appropriate utilization.
Organizing team meetings and ensuring communication flow to all team members
Deep understanding of all the end to end processes, roles and responsibilities of relevant departments within the S2S area.
Participation in internal and external audits, SOX testing, Balance Sheet and other finance reviews.
Assurance that all process documentation is well maintained and regularly updated.
Identification of opportunities for process improvements and standardization within S2S processes.
Participating in regular governance meetings with the functional owners (Finance, Supply Chain Management) and business units to discuss department’s SLA compliance.
Defining team´s KPIs and To monitor departmental KPIs, taking action to achieve and maintain target levels as appropriate.
Handle the escalations - assure investigation and resolution of issues around S2S processes.
Budgetary responsibility for the R2R in CSS Europe.
Participate in acquisitions, projects, system deployment and company integrations.
