Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti
The main responsibility of this role is to create an effective HR organization in line with the corporate strategy. The focus will also be on establishing all kinds of growth related issues, such as recruitment, selection, training and development. The new HR Manager should be able to plan and execute effectively, building the right recruitment and HR set-up by using the global HR processes and best practices locally.
* HR advice for the Leadership Team in Czech and Slovakia in all people related matters
* Strategic HR questions like planning, performance management, fluctuation
* Labour-law and collective bargaining agreements
* Staff selection, on-boarding, induction
* Staff development, talent management, succession and leadership development, training
* Local implementation of global HR processes, rules and monitoring
* Search and selection of leadership functions and supporting the recruiting team
* Developing and supporting organizational developments
* Training, advising and coaching of leadership functions
* Leading and supporting international HR projects
* Developing the local HR team
* Responsible for observing labour law and collective agreements
* Support and improve communication between management and employees across the Czech organization
