We are looking for people who speak ENGLISH and FRENCH and have experience from administration.
Your main responsibilities will be:
*assign and process requisition to a purchase orders
*communication with supplier to make sure about delivering services and goods
*participation during agree on a prices and conditions
*preparing and issuing purchase orders, evaluating price offer
*provide invoice assistance for payables and suppliers
*interaction with external suppliers and internal business clients
*working in SAP system
*maintaining database, creating regular reports
*administrative support
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Start: ASAP
Contract till 06/2017 months with possibility of extention
