Your Tasks
Your main tasks as Director will be to further develop the Business Unit Transportation and Mobility and to ensure that the projects will be successfully completed on time and within budget.

You will report directly to and work closely with the Country Managing Director and will lead a small team, which will become bigger as the business grows and develops further.

You will manage and enhance existing client relationships and will identify and generate new business.

You will also have the possibility to work on international projects, often together with other European subsidiaries of the group.

Your Qualifications
After having earned a degree in Civil Engi­neering (Construction and Transport) you have gained at least ten years of experience as an engineer in the consulting industry.

You are a Chartered Engineer (Construction and Transport) who is experienced in the su­pervision and monitoring of consulting pro­jects.

Besides your technical know-how you are also experienced in business development activities and managing and developing ex­isting client relationships.

You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and you are fluent in English.

You can be described as a highly-motivated engineer with a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to combine long-term vision with day-to-day operational management.

You are willing to travel and are comfortable in an intercultural work environment.
